Porsche

Porsche (Porsche AG), is a German automobile manufacturer founded in 1931 by Ferdinand Porsche, the engineer who created the first Volkswagen. The company is located in Zuffenhausen, a city district of Stuttgart.

Porsche has a reputation for producing cars that, despite the high-performance, yet remains a trusted and easy to use for steering controlled day-to-day, and the production of high quality and durability, but much less interesting than the other competitors.

Porsche has several years of offering consulting services to other car manufacturers. Studebaker, SEAT, Daewoo and Subaru have consulted Porsche on engineering their cars. Porsche also helped Harley-Davidson design a new engine they used in the motor V-Rodnya.

The head office and main factory are still in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, but the Cayenne and the Carrera GT to be produced at the new plant in Leipzig. Some Boxster and Cayman manufactured by Valmet Automotive in Finland.
