The present concept carrying the name Outlander PHEV Concept-S. carThis concept is a continuation of the Outlander PHEV concept car that became in 2012 ago. Outlander PHEV Concept-S is described as a special package with some of the changes were significant enough to design the exterior and interior of the car. Thus was launched from Carscoops, on Thursday (09/04/2014).
Regarding the technical specifications, the Mitsubishi itself has not leaked in more detail. But according to rumors, the Outlander PHEV Concept-S will be equipped with a hybrid engine with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine. This engine will be combined with two electric motors on the battery capacity of 12 kWh.
Hybrid engine owned Outlander PHEV Concept-S reportedly capable of generating a power output to 200 horsepower with a torque of 337 Nm. This output is capable of making the crossover to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 11 seconds and produce a maximum speed of up to 170 km / h.
Mitsubishi's crossover hybrid engine has a fuel consumption of up to 61 kilometers per liter. Own power can travel a distance of no less than 55 kilometers
